Dental Depot’s dentist office at Tulsa Hills is proud to be a member of both the Tulsa community and the Dental Depot family. Located on W. 71st St. right outside the Tulsa Hills Shopping Center, Dental Depot of Tulsa Hills is the Tulsa area’s fifth Dental Depot location and its first west of the Arkansas River. And, just like all Dental Depot locations, Dental Depot’s Tulsa Hills clinic is doctor-owned, which means our providers have the freedom and flexibility to give you and your family the care you truly need instead of trying to meet quotas.
We believe everyone deserves quality, comprehensive dental care at an affordable price. In addition to making both our services and our office easily accessible, we offer flexible scheduling and plenty of clean, state-of-the-art treatment bays, so we can see everyone in your family at the same time and when it fits your busy life. We also help make sure the care you need fits within your budget, so in addition to common sense prices, we also accept CareCredit and most major insurances–including SoonerCare–and offer a variety of payment and financing options.
Dr. Scott Kooken has always been interested in science and working with his hands. Dentistry, he says, is a combination of science and art. It allows for critical thinking and problem solving, which keeps things exciting and new. When not helping patients, Dr. Kooken enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley and their young son. He also enjoys playing golf and is a self-described “huge” college football and NFL fan. Dr. Kooken is active in his church community and enjoys giving back through dental missions such as Oklahoma Missions of Mercy.
Dr. Caytlin Eidson attended college at Villanova University and dental school at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. Dr. Eidson has known that she’s wanted to be a dentist since she was 8-years-old, having a great dentist herself as a kid that encouraged and motivated her to become one herself some day. Dr. Eidson knows the importance of making her patients feel comfortable, understanding that if they are afraid to go to the dentist it will be much more difficult for them to maintain proper oral hygiene. In her free time, Caytlin loves spending time with her family and new baby boy, she is also an avid marathon runner!
After completing his undergraduate in biology at the University of Central Oklahoma, Dr. Martindale went on to graduate from the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. For Dr. Martindale, a self-described social butterfly, dentistry offered the perfect opportunity to meet new people.
Outside the office, Dr. Martindale loves spending time with his wife Ainsely, and their pup, Riley. His hobbies include watching and playing sports, going to concerts, and staying active. Dr. Martindale loves to be outside and especially enjoys spending the summer in a pool.
At Dental Depot, oral health isn’t the only thing we work to improve; we’re always looking for opportunities to build up, enrich, and contribute to our communities. Philanthropy is at the heart of Dental Depot’s company culture, and we’ve been giving back to the people we serve since we started seeing patients in 1978. We donate thousands of dental hygiene products to kids and families every year via programs like Smiley O’Riley and Feed the Children, and we help raise money for causes that are near and dear to hearts, like Special Olympics, Breast Cancer Research, Wounded Veterans of Oklahoma.
Dental Depot fosters close connections with the Community Food Bank of Eastern Oklahoma, as well as Catholic Charities of Eastern Oklahoma, and we’re proud supporters of Comic Relief US’s Red Nose Day campaign, which works to end the cycle of childhood poverty. You can also find us marching in the annual BooHaHa Parade, handing out toothbrushes at the Rockets Over Rhema fireworks display and festival, and at the Williams Route 66 Marathon and Health Exo. At Dental Depot, employees and patients truly do become family, and we take enormous care to treat them as such.
Here at Dental Depot, we believe that patients should get compassionate, quality dental care at an affordable cost. To this end, we accept a variety of payment options to make sure your payment is as painless as our procedures.
Dental Depot accepts most major insurances on a PPO policy. These insurances include, but are not limited to:

In 1978, Navy veteran Dr. Glenn Ashmore opened the first Dental Depot office in Oklahoma City’s historic Linwood neighborhood as a small, family-owned private practice. Although that building burned down in 2001, during the construction of the second Oklahoma City Dental Depot location, community support helped us recover quickly. More than 45 years later, we’re proud to have just as many locations throughout Texas, Arizona, Missouri, and Oklahoma, with 25 here in the Sooner State alone!
Dental Depot is a different kind of dental company. Even though we continue to grow, we always stay true to what Dr. Ashmore started—a commitment to delivering superior, compassionate, and accessible dental care with a friendly smile and at an affordable price.
Every Dental Depot is doctor-owned, which means our providers have the freedom and flexibility to provide you and your family with the care you truly need, not the services they need to meet a quota. We’re among the top three “Opportunity Oklahoma” employers with more than 545 people, and we believe in treating every single person—both patient and employee—with the utmost dignity and respect. Whether it’s educating our patients on their best treatment options or encouraging our team members to create their own futures, at Dental Depot, we do what’s right for the people we care for and serve, because it’s the right thing to do.
Today was my first time at Dental Depot and my experience was amazing. I did not have to wait long and ALL the staff I interacted with were very pleasant and professional. I've got to give a shout out to Stormy. She was awesome and informative. I don’t remember my Dr's name but he was funny, professional, and fantastic."

The dentists and hygienists at Dental Depot were amazing! My kids were very nervous and they left with smiles and excited to come back for their next cleaning!! They didn’t overcharge for dental work and even those at the desk were kind and patient. I can’t recommend them enough!

Omg I love Dental Depot! The ladies are so sweet and take good care of you! From start to finish I enjoyed my visit so much. They got me in quick, took care of cleaning and other concerns. I usually don't like dental visits but, the warm welcome and care I received here definitely changed my opinion. Don't walk RUN and book an appointment with dental depot on 71st in Tulsa hills
