Meet Your North OKC Orthodontist
Dr. Romero knew from a young age that orthodontics was the path he wanted to pursue. Drawn to the combination of art, science, and problem-solving, he found a profession that allows him to create meaningful changes in people’s lives while building lasting relationships with his patients. For him, a smile is more than just an aesthetic result. It is an opportunity to help someone feel healthier, happier, and more confident.
After earning his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Zulia in Maracaibo, Venezuela, Dr. Romero completed his orthodontic residency at the University of Oklahoma in 2013. He is an ABO-Certified Orthodontist and has spent his career dedicated to both patient care and advancing the profession. In addition to practicing orthodontics, he spent 10 years teaching orthodontic residents and dental students at the University of Oklahoma, and he has contributed to orthodontic literature through published research and a book chapter.
